S.E.A. CAMP SOCAL

Camp SoCal offers a variety of surf camps for young men and women, from the age of 14 to 20, throughout the year at various locations in California, from Point Conception to the Mexican border.
Camp SoCal operates camps throughout the year, varying from 2 days to 7 days in length, utilizing large 18' x 14' tents for our sleeping accommodations at either private or California State campgrounds. We limit the number of campers to twelve for each camp and our program is structured with a team emphasis requiring equal participation from everyone for food preparation, camp clean-up and other daily responsibilities.
Our camps are designed and equipped for safari-style expeditions to take advantage of all the water activities that the California coastline has to offer. We anchor our campsite at specific campgrounds to serve as a command post and base of operations. However, the changing conditions of the ocean and elements sometimes create promising opportunities in other areas that are within driving distance. The limited number of campers for each camp also gives us mobility to "pick up and go" when necessary and still be back to our campsite for dinner.
Camp SoCal is not a "surf school" camp. However, novice surfers are welcome and no one is excluded based on ability or preferred type of surf craft. Our camp program can also be customized to meet the specific needs and/or requests of church groups or other organizations with eight or more campers.
Experiences may vary, but the typical day for all camps include: early morning wake-up calls, private Bible reading and devotions, group Bible studies, work responsibilities, recreational activities, free fellowship times and plenty of surf.
Camp Tuition includes all meals, lodging, use of equipment, transportation, 24-hour supervision, camp T-shirt and unforgettable experiences. Group Rates and Tuition Scholarships are available. Please contact us for further information.

Check-out time is on Friday, July 31st at 12:00 noon. Please be prompt if you are delivering and picking up a Camper at our campsite.
